ReplySense / 帮回 Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 3, 2026 · iOS and Android apps and their companion keyboards

This policy explains how the developer and operator of ReplySense (also called 帮回, “we” or “us”) handles your information. For privacy questions and data rights requests, contact support@chasemuse.com.

This policy covers both iOS and Android. Platform and feature descriptions apply only where that feature is available in your version and you use it. System permissions and consent to share data with third-party AI services are explained separately in the relevant flows. Reading this policy does not grant every permission.

1. Accounts, profiles and settings

The app can establish a guest account and process account identifiers, installation identifiers and authentication credentials to provide service, manage usage allowances, associate requests and determine membership status. These identifiers can associate service records with the same account.

Profile information you enter, language preferences, reply styles and assistant instructions are stored on your device. When you use personalized features, relevant information may also accompany requests to our server and AI services. Android currently includes gender, birth year and zodiac sign; iOS uses gender, age or other relevant profile fields depending on the feature. Provide only information you are comfortable using for that purpose.

The iOS app and keyboard can exchange account state, settings and content through a shared container. Android uses private app storage and system security mechanisms to protect authentication credentials. Clearing data or uninstalling may make local content or a guest identity unrecoverable, but does not mean server records have been deleted.

2. Text, images and AI processing

When you use AI features such as reply generation, rewriting, translation, conversation analysis or organizing dictated text, we process the text, images, conversation context, styles, instructions and relevant profile information required for the task. Our server calls AI services, which receive the content needed to perform that task. Requests also carry account and request identifiers and necessary operational information.

Conversations, screenshots and recordings may contain sensitive information about you or others. Review content before submission and ensure you are entitled to use it. Avoid submitting passwords, verification codes, payment credentials or personal information unrelated to the task.

3. Keyboard and screen capture differences

iOS

Keyboard networking and sharing with the main app are subject to iOS settings such as “Allow Full Access.” This permission does not replace disclosure and consent for specific activities such as sharing data with AI services.

Screen analysis uses the system screen broadcast permission. During an authorized session, the extension can continuously receive screen frames and process or temporarily store relevant frames on the device. A manual screen analysis request submits the relevant image or extracted content to AI services. If you enable a mode that provides automatic replies, relevant changes in the conversation view may also trigger tasks without a separate tap for each generation. Turn off automatic mode to stop automatic requests, and stop the system screen broadcast to end capture.

Android

The keyboard must be enabled in system settings. Screen capture uses Android system authorization and a foreground service notification. During an authorized session it can run in the background, storing and updating the most recent frame in private app storage. The current version compresses and uploads the latest snapshot when you actively request screen-based generation. Stop capture using the app or the controls provided by Android.

Avoid displaying unrelated sensitive information while capture is running. Closing the keyboard interface does not necessarily stop an active screen capture service.

4. Microphone, voice and other optional features

iOS

Voice features require microphone permission. System speech recognition also requires the relevant authorization and may process audio online through Apple; not all recognition can be assumed to happen on-device. Enabling voice standby allows the app to maintain an audio capture session in the background. Starting a recording or voice interaction activates the relevant recognition flow. Voice-source and quick-note features can save recordings and text locally for playback, organization or later use.

AI voice interactions and text organization send recognized text, tasks and necessary context to our server and AI services. Ongoing interactions may continue processing after each spoken turn. Voice playback sends the text to be spoken to the speech synthesis service configured on our server. Ending an individual recording does not necessarily disable standby. To stop capture completely, disable voice standby or revoke microphone permission.

If your version supports Notion synchronization and you enable it, selected notes and information needed for synchronization are sent to your authorized Notion workspace. Connecting involves authorization credentials and workspace or page identifiers. Manage synchronized copies in Notion as well. Creating system reminders requests the relevant permission and writes the reminder content you confirm.

Android

Voice input and voice standby require microphone permission. Standby continuously captures audio to maintain the session; the current standby service itself does not save that audio to a file or send it to ReplySense servers. Actual speech recognition uses the Android recognition service configured on your device, which may send audio online and may be provided by Google or your device manufacturer. Recognized text is sent to ReplySense AI services when you actively request generation. You can stop recording, disable standby or revoke microphone permission.

5. Payments, feedback and service notifications

Payments: Apple App Store handles iOS purchases and Google Play handles Android purchases. We process relevant product information, transaction identifiers, purchase receipts or tokens, purchase/renewal/expiration status and associated account information to provide membership benefits, handle purchase issues and maintain necessary transaction records. The relevant store handles payment details such as card numbers. Prices, subscription periods and management options are shown in the actual store. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Feedback: We use your submitted feedback, optional contact details, account/installation identifiers, app and system versions, device information, language, operating environment and relevant membership status to investigate and respond. Our server supports forwarding feedback and necessary diagnostic information, and some subscription notifications, to the Feishu workspace we use for follow-up. These are not published as public posts.

6. Operational logs and analytics

Our first-party service processes events such as feature use, generation success or failure, result adoption, subscription flows, permission actions and consent decisions. These include account analytics identifiers, installation/session identifiers and diagnostic fields such as device and version information. Requests can also produce service logs containing IP addresses, timestamps and error information, for operation, troubleshooting, security and feature improvement.

Both platforms initialize the Umeng analytics SDK after the user agrees to the relevant policies. App events sent to Umeng do not include conversation text, screenshots, feedback contact details or purchase credentials. AI requests and feedback are handled by their respective services; see Section 8 for retention.

The Umeng SDK may also process device model, operating system, network state and analytics identifiers, potentially including OAID on Android. Processing depends on system restrictions and SDK configuration; see the Umeng policy below.

7. Third-party services and recipients

We use infrastructure such as server hosting to operate our services. Third-party AI, speech and other services may process and store relevant content in the cloud, including outside your country or region. Processing locations and retention periods depend on deployment and the provider’s rules.

8. Storage, retention and security

User data stored on our servers is retained for no more than 90 days and is deleted when that period ends. Where the law requires longer retention, we retain only the data and for the period required by law.

For requests to access, correct or delete your data, see Section 9. Deletion must account for related business records, provider copies and backups. If a portion must be retained by law, the reason and applicable retention conditions should be explained. Uninstalling, revoking permissions or deleting local records does not automatically delete server or third-party records.

Production business requests between the client and ReplySense servers use HTTPS. We use measures such as access controls to protect data. No transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

9. Your rights and data deletion

You can change editable profile information and assistants, stop using AI features, disable automatic replies, screen capture, voice standby and relevant permissions in the app or system settings, disable the keyboard or disconnect external services. Revoking a permission affects its corresponding feature but does not automatically retract previously submitted data.

To request access, correction or deletion of relevant data, deletion of a guest account, or information about withdrawing consent, email support@chasemuse.com. Describe your platform and request, and provide an account identifier available in the app or necessary information to locate your records. We will verify identity only as necessary and handle requests according to applicable requirements. Do not send passwords, API keys or full payment credentials. Contact us before clearing local data so that a guest account can be located.

If a request cannot be fully completed, the reason should be explained. Manage cancellation and refunds through the relevant store: account deletion and cancellation of renewal are separate actions. Manage copies in external services through those services as well.

10. Minors, changes and contact

This product is not designed specifically for children. Minors should use it only in accordance with applicable age and consent requirements, with a guardian who understands the features and data processing. They should not submit unnecessary sensitive information about themselves or others.

We will update this policy and its version when features or processing practices change. Where changes require renewed consent, we will provide notice and obtain the necessary consent before the relevant processing starts. Privacy contact: support@chasemuse.com.

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms

This section applies to iOS auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store. Google Play manages Android subscriptions; Apple's account billing and cancellation steps do not apply to them.

  1. Service and duration: ReplySense / 帮回 membership is offered through auto-renewable subscriptions. The specific plan name, duration (such as one week or one month) and included benefits are shown on the in-app subscription screen and Apple's purchase confirmation screen.
  2. Price: The purchase screen shows the applicable price and currency, which may vary by country or region, plan or offer. Renewal pricing is shown by the store and in its notices; price changes follow Apple's rules.
  3. Payment: After you confirm the purchase, Apple charges the applicable amount through your Apple Account and its payment method. Where a trial or offer applies, billing follows the timing and conditions shown at purchase.
  4. Automatic renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Apple may charge for renewal within the 24 hours before the next subscription period begins. Successful renewal extends the subscription for the corresponding period. To avoid the next renewal, we recommend cancelling at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
  5. Management and cancellation: On iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ReplySense / 帮回 to view or cancel a subscription. You can also open Apple subscription management. Paid benefits generally continue until the end of the current period after cancellation, as shown by Apple. Uninstalling the app or deleting a ReplySense account does not automatically cancel a subscription. Apple handles refund requests under applicable rules.
  6. Trials and offers: Where available, eligibility, duration, promotional pricing and the subsequent renewal price are shown at purchase. If you do not want to renew after a trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple displays when trial access ends.

This section does not replace subscription information on the in-app purchase screen. See Apple's cancellation instructions for more help.
